The Trinity restaurant celebrates the holy trinity of barbecue. However, this does not mean spareribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket as in the USA, but has been reinterpreted for Zurich: here, the supreme disciplines are the original Wiener schnitzel, the Swiss cordon bleu Valais-style and as an absolute all-rounder the burger in a variety of creations.Of course, all these grill specialties are also available as vegetarian or vegan variants.
