Stripped pizza allows a choice of multigrain, whole grain flaxseed, low carb, broccoli, or gluten-free dough. The dough is left to rise for 48 hours, which contributes to its light and airy texture and makes it easier to digest. After choosing between classic tomato sauce, plant-based cr me fra che, and beetroot cashew sauce, the pizza can be finished off with exotic toppings, such as edamame, mango, or mint.
